A Cool Yule Christmas Jazz Concert

The Waterbury Chorale presents “Glad Tidings We Sing”

There will be carols arranged by Dan Forest, the “Christmas Cantata” by Daniel Pinkham and many more treats. This concert is directed by Joseph Jacovino and accompanied by Susan Anthony-Klein and the Waterbury Chorale Orchestra. You can get tickets by clicking here on our website, from any cast member, or by calling 203-426-9106. Tickets are $25 beforehand or $30 at the door. A Concert for Ukraine with Gail Archer, Organist

Join us on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at 3:00pm for a special "Concert for Ukraine" featuring Gail Archer, organist at Vassar College and Professor of Music at Barnard College and Columbia University.  Gail will perform a program featuring music by Ukrainian composers.  All proceeds will benefit the Episcopal Relief and Development, Ukraine Crisis Fund.  Donations can be made at the door or during a special collection held during the concert. The Deacons of ECCT would like to offer words of gratitude to all who participated in the ECCT Christmas/Epiphany Diaper Drive.

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted (Isaiah 6:1)

Amber Cardinal joins St. John’s as Choir Director

Amber Cardinal is joining St. John's as our new Choir Director for the 9:30 service this fall! Amber is a Woodbury resident and a 2019 graduate of Western Connecticut State University.  She earned a B.S. in Music Education with a Vocal Concentration, magna cum laude, while also being enrolled in the Honors Program.  She completed her student teaching assignments at Hill and Plain Elementary School in New Milford, and Swift Middle School in Oakville.
