GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR CLOTHES: We will also be collecting gift certificates for use by children and their families. Recommended stores are Wal-Mart, Target and Kmart, in addition to Mall Certificates. Many of the children served by DCF do not have adequate resources to allow the purchase of new clothing. Teens are especially sensitive to this loss.
