FROM OUT OF TOWN BY CAR
FROM THE NORTH (THOMASTON, TORRINGTON, ETC.)
Take Route 8 Southbound to Exit 34 (West Main Street). Ramp ends at a traffic light. Turn left onto West Main Street. Follow West Main through four traffic lights. St. John's is on the right as you approach the Waterbury green.FROM THE SOUTH (NAUGATUCK, SEYMOUR, BRIDGEPORT, ETC.)
Take Route 8 Northbound to Exit 32 (Downtown Waterbury). Ramp ends at a traffic light. Turn right onto West Main Street. Follow West Main through three traffic lights. St. John's is on the right as you approach the Waterbury green.FROM THE EAST (CHESHIRE, SOUTHINGTON, HARTFORD, ETC.)
Take Interstate 84 Westbound to Exit 21 (Bank Street/Meadow Street). Ramp goes down a somewhat steep hill, banks to the right, then curves left before ending at a traffic light. At the light, turn right onto Meadow Street. At the third traffic light (you'll see a 7-Eleven in front of you), turn right onto West Main Street. Follow West Main through one traffic light. St. John's is on the right as you approach the Waterbury green.FROM THE WEST (SOUTHBURY, NEWTOWN, DANBURY, ETC.)
Take Interstate 84 Eastbound to Exit 21 (Bank Street/Meadow Street). Ramp makes a 180-degree turn, going sharply downhill and to the right. Ramp ends at a traffic light. Turn right onto Meadow Street, which will go under I-84. At the fifth traffic light (you'll see a 7-Eleven in front of you), turn right onto West Main Street. Follow West Main through one traffic light. St. John's is on the right as you approach the Waterbury green.
