St. John’s is a magnificent acoustical space which is used more than a dozen times each year as a public concert venue.

In February 2017, the brass section of the Waterbury Symphony Orchestra joined forces with organist Joseph Ripka and WSO conductor Leif Bjaland for a stunning “Heroic Music for Brass and Organ” sell-out concert that raised over $6,000 for St. John’s.
